These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the restaurant recommendation mobile application (the “App”), owned and licensed by Manon Playoust. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant
The App is licensed, not sold, to you by Manon Playoust for use strictly under the terms set forth herein. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content remain the exclusive property of Manon Playoust or its licensors.

2. Eligibility
The App may only be used by individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. App Functionality
The App provides AI-powered restaurant recommendations by processing information from a database and user activity within the App. Where consent is granted, the App may access your device’s location services to identify restaurants near you. The App may also send push notifications to alert you of recommendations, offers, or updates. You may disable location services or notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Data Collection and Privacy
The App is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). With your explicit consent, the App may collect and process personal data including, but not limited to, your location data, reviews, wishlists, and chat history in order to improve and personalize your recommendations. 5. User Obligations
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App by introducing harmful, offensive, or misleading content, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access systems or data without authorization. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for any activity carried out under your account.

6. Third-Party Services and Content
The App may display information about restaurants, services, or third-party websites. Such content is provided for informational purposes only. Manon Playoust does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and updated information, Manon Playoust does not guarantee that the information provided is error-free, current, or suitable for your personal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manon Playoust disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the App.

8. Modification of Terms
Manon Playoust reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or through other appropriate communication channels. Continued use of the App after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

9. Termination
Your license to use the App is effective until terminated by you or by Manon Playoust. You may terminate your license at any time by deleting the App from your device. Manon Playoust may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

10. Governing Law
